In its center is a golden eagle.<br \/>The color red symbolizes the Hashemite dynasty, the color white symbolizes the Umayyad dynasty, and the color black the Abbasid dynasty. The golden eagle was the symbol of Saladin.<\/p><p>The flag&#8217;s colors are part of the Pan-Arab nationalist colors, and they were influenced by the flag of the Arab Revolt. This is a flag that was raised in Hejaz during the Arab Revolt against the Ottoman Empire, during World War I.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
